12-Unit Residential Restoration – Whitehorse
This upcoming project involves the complete restoration of a 12-unit residential complex in Whitehorse that sustained extensive fire and water damage. Our team has been retained to manage the project from demolition through to full reconstruction, including all necessary code upgrades and permitting requirements.
The restoration will involve hazardous material abatement, complete gutting of the interior, structural and envelope repairs, and full interior rebuilds for all units. Given the extent of the damage, the project also includes updated fire separation, modernized mechanical and electrical systems, and compliance with current building codes and energy standards.
Scope Highlights:
• Full demolition and hazardous material abatement
• Structural repairs and envelope reconstruction
• Mechanical, electrical, and life safety system upgrades
• Code-compliant fire separation and insulation improvements
• Interior rebuild of 12 residential units from framing to finishes
• Full design coordination and permit management
