Structural Truss Repair (~45,000 SF)

Our team was contracted to complete major structural repairs at a large-scale potato processing facility after significant damage was discovered in the roof truss system. Following a detailed structural assessment, we were retained to carry out the reinforcement and repair of the existing trusses and replace a substantial section of the roofing system.

Given the operational nature of the facility, work was carefully phased to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing production. Our scope included engineered shoring and access systems, selective demolition, truss repair and reinforcement, as well as the supply and installation of a new roofing system—all completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
