Joe’s House Rebuild is a full-scope residential reconstruction project following extensive fire damage to the original structure. Our team was engaged to manage the complete process—from demolition through design, permitting, and full rebuild—to deliver a custom home that meets the client’s specific vision and needs.

The project includes full foundation replacement, structural framing, and the installation of high-performance building envelope systems. Our in-house and partner design teams are collaborating closely with the homeowner to ensure all interior finishes, layout adjustments, and mechanical upgrades reflect their preferences while remaining code-compliant and energy-efficient.
