Fire Rebuild

The Twin Peak Project was a comprehensive 30-unit fire rebuild, 

requiring the reconstruction of a three-story wood-frame structure and extensive repairs to the underground parkade, including 30 storage units. This project demanded a strategic and coordinated approach, from project management to construction management, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to stringent building codes.

AFCG Construction Inc. successfully managed and oversaw over 50 trades and more than 400 workers throughout the year-long rebuild. Our role encompassed all aspects of construction coordination, scheduling, budget control, and quality assurance. The project, valued at just under $10 million, was completed within the expected timeline and scope, demonstrating our ability to handle large-scale, high complexity rebuilds while maintaining safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
