Cory’s Custom Home is a 7,500 sq ft luxury estate currently under construction in Crossfield, Alberta. Delivered as a full design-build project, this residence is a showcase of architectural complexity, structural ingenuity, and premium craftsmanship. Our team has been involved from the early design and engineering stages through to construction management, permitting, and execution.

The home features soaring 12-foot main ceilings, a 9-foot basement, and a stunning cathedral ceiling in the great room. Heating comfort is maximized with a full in-slab hydronic system throughout. The layout includes expansive open-concept living areas, a high-end custom kitchen, and a fully integrated millwork package crafted to exacting specifications.

A large four-car garage is seamlessly integrated into the structure, matching the home’s architectural lines. Every component—from the framing design to the envelope detailing—has been carefully planned and executed to reflect the client’s vision for a timeless and performance-driven custom home.

As of now, the project has reached the lock-up stage, with completion scheduled for Spring 2026.
