Hudson 16-Unit Condo Development

This project involves the development of a 16-unit condominium building in the heart of Hudson, Quebec. Our team is managing the project from site preparation through to full construction and occupancy. The building features an underground parkade with a structural concrete slab, supporting three stories of wood-framed residential construction above.

Each unit is designed with modern layouts, high-end interior finishes, HRV systems, and electric baseboard heating. The development also includes an elevator, flat roof system, and a durable brick exterior to meet both functional and aesthetic goals.
